Dunluce Green 1 ~ Welcome to Dunluce Green 1, our spacious two-bedroom ground-floor apartment located in the heart of Portrush on the Causeway Coast in Northern Ireland. This modern and tastefully decorated property is the perfect choice for a family vacation or a getaway with friends, with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The space

Located on the ground floor of a modern building, 1 Dunluce Green has a bright and open-plan living area, with a comfortable large sofa suite, and flat-screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a range of appliances, including a fridge, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining table with seating for 6 people.

The apartment has two bedrooms, both tastefully decorated and with plenty of storage space. One of the highlights of this apartment is its amazing location. The living room looks out towards Metropole Park. It's a great place to unwind or stroll around the corner to the West Beach promenade.

Great location for children as open park just across the road and beach around the corner. Spacious apartment on ground floor, so handy for pram usage. Apartment was spotless with comfortable beds and large corner sofa in living room made for a home from home stay away. Modern furniture and everything you would require for a great holiday. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1 Dunluce Green. It was perfect for a small family, we had a 4 year old who just loved the bunk beds and a 6 month old. We just walked into portrush everyday with the pram/scooter. The house was so well equipped, having the essentials there was so handy. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the beds were soo comfy. Peter was very friendly and always on hand to help with any problems. The perfect little house and perfectly situated close by the beach and just 10 min drive into portstewart too.
