There is the large Dunluce Park across the road with childrens play area and a short walk to arrive on either West Strand beach to the rear or East strand beach further in front.
You couldn't be in a better location to enjoy the town by foot, and if arriving by car you avoid most of the heavy traffic in town on busy days.
