1 Bathroom 1 Golf Terrace ~ Welcome to 1 Golf Terrace, our beautiful one bedroom ground floor apartment located in the heart of Portrush on the Causeway Coast in Northern Ireland. This modern and tastefully decorated property is the perfect choice for a romantic getaway or a solo vacation, with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Located on the ground floor of a modern building, 1 Golf Terrace is easily accessible and has a bright and open living area, with a very comfortable corner sofa, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen with a range of appliances, including a fridge, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area with seating for 4 people.
The apartment's bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a comfortable double bed, as well as ample storage space. The living area also has a sofa bed, which can sleep an additional person/children. The apartment has a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet, and sink, and we provide all the essentials, including towels and linen.

-The main guest must be at least 24 years of age to be able to book.
-Quiet hours after 11 pm.

June 2025We had an amazing 2 night stay at 1 golf terrace. Place was very homely and the space well thought out. Kitchen had extras to save you buying tea coffee sugar washing up liquid oil etc. Bed was so comfortable. We walked for miles and there is still more to see. We will definitely be back
